Senior Manufacturing Engineer

ESSENTIAL or FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cell Design / Layouts / Fixture design

2. Continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

Production Sustain

1.Production Problem Analysis and Solving.

2.Establish maintenance guides and solution of flaws as well as the necessities of reflections from the point of cost benefit.

3.Design machining and testing fixture for parts and valves in time.

Cell Design / Layouts

4.Production Line Design includes layouts, Material Flow, Tools, Machine and Fixture Design and SOP, FMEA.

5.Training manuals elaboration as well as training the personnel’s.

6.Lead or Assist in the production line transfer project.

Continuous improvement

7.Continuous improvement in manufacturing by implementing LEAN.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES)

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechanical-Electric  Engineering Industrial Automation.

2. 8 above years experience in the Manufacturing field. Experiences of LEAN Implementing is preferred.

3. Be familiar with machining and Fixture Design. Experiences of valve manufacturing is preferred.

4. Good spoken and written English skill.

5. Self stimulated and team work spirit.
